Do You Crave that Matters Most?

Join us Tuesday night, October 3rd 7-8pm for Teleseminar interview with Os Hillman and Dean Niewolny, CEO of HalfTime

Dean Niewolny did too. He could make money, but could he also make a difference? Wait . . . stop. You’re thinking you’ve heard this story before? Nope, not this one.

Dean traded up—though, in his case, it also meant making a leap. Eventually he landed at the helm of the Halftime Institute, and that’s where you come in. Because Dean also wrote the book on how to pass up success for something far better: real significance.

Wherever you are in your career, if you’re restless for more, you’re in the right place right now. Dean’s journey, and 20 years of Halftime wisdom, can throw light on your journey, too.  In Trade Up, Dean takes you through your “Halftime”—when you pause to consider how to finish the game—to fuller, richer work and life.

Wherever you are now, if you need something more, you can get there from here.

Join Os Hillman and Dean Niewolny as they discuss how to move from work to significance. We will discuss Dean’s new book, Trade Up: How to move from just making money to making a difference.

About Dean Niewolny

Dean Niewolny is CEO of the Halftime Institute. He spent 23 years in executive roles with three of Wall Street’s largest financial firms, finishing his career in the financial sector as market manager for Wells Fargo Advisors in Chicago, where he oversaw a $100mm market. In 2010, Dean traded his marketplace career for the nonprofit sector. His calling is at the Halftime Institute to help more people who, like him, wanted to expand their own “first half” success and skills into passion and purpose for meeting human needs and making a significant difference. Dean speaks all over the world to marketplace leaders who desire to use their gifts and talents to serve others. His passion is to encourage business leaders to channel first-half achievement into a second half defined by joy, impact and balance. His first book, Trade Up: How to Move From Making Money to Making A Difference, will be published by Baker Publishing and is scheduled to release in July 2017.
