Os Hillman interviews Sam Caster, founder of Mannatech, a global nutrition company
Sam Caster learned that making money was not enough to satisfy his life. He also learned there is a health crisis in America. He combined his life learning into a multi-million dollar company and is solving a major health crisis in the world.
He built a company from the ground up to be a global health company with sales that exceeded 400 million dollars a year. Then God intervened and took them through His painful “Joseph” process that Os Hillman often speaks. God used this time to correct their course in order to fulfill the destiny He had called them to. Sam was inspired by the Tom Shoes social entrepreneur model of giving a pair of shoes to a needy child for each pair sold. What came out of his “Joseph” season and that inspiration was a merging of his for-profit business expertise with a strategy to be used by God to solve a major global problem among children –malnutrition.
