As the director and co-founder of the workplace ministry at Saddleback Church, Helen M. Mitchell is helping people to live out their faith at work. She is a speaker and author on faith and work matters and workplace ministry. She also works with companies and ministries regarding strategy, organizational effectiveness, and building cohesive leadership teams. She is an advisor to and teaches in the Biola School of Business Work Life Certificate program. Helen holds a B.S. degree from Arizona State University and a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Biola University and is currently in seminary at Talbot.
